Please read these Terms carefully before creating a winpkr account or using any service on the winpkr platform. By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in online gambling in your jurisdiction to use winpkr.
Each user is permitted one winpkr account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts.
Fraudulent activity, use of automated tools, collusion and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
All deposits, bets and withdrawals on winpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees. Minimum deposit is Rs 500 via Easypaisa or JazzCash.
All promotions and bonuses offered on winpkr are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility rules stated at the time of the offer.
winpkr provides deposit limits, loss limits and self-exclusion tools. Use of these tools is your right. Problem gambling support is available through your account settings.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the winpkr platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the winpkr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the winpkr platform and close your account if one has been created.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and winpkr with respect to your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements, representations or warranties.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register a winpkr account or access any real-money gaming service on the platform. 18+ winpkr reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be completed.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an account or placing any bet. winpkr does not warrant that its services are legal in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that you have verified that your use of winpkr complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
3.3 One Account Per User. Each individual may hold only one registered account on winpkr. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly notify winpkr of any changes.
3.5 Identity Verification. winpkr may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before authorising withdrawals or at any point deemed appropriate. Required documents may include a national identity document, proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpkr login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) used for two-factor authentication.
4.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
4.3 You must notify winpkr support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
4.4 winpkr accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winpkr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), and USDT TRC20. Available methods may change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions. Bank transfers have a minimum of Rs 1,000. USDT deposits are subject to a minimum equivalent of approximately USD 5.
5.3 Deposit Currency. All deposits and balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any cryptocurrency deposit will be converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. winpkr reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC requirements. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
5.5 Withdrawal to Source. winpkr may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used to make deposits, subject to the limits of that method.
5.6 No Money Laundering. The winpkr platform must not be used as a mechanism for financial transactions unrelated to legitimate gambling activity. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on winpkr are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are available within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.
6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the winpkr system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. winpkr reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical malfunction.
6.3 In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, winpkr's server records will be used to determine the outcome of any in-progress game round. Bets already placed at the time of disconnection will stand.
6.4 winpkr reserves the right to limit, refuse or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
6.5 Sports betting markets, including cricket betting on PSL and international matches, are subject to results confirmed by the relevant sporting body. winpkr follows standard industry practices for the settlement of markets where official results are disputed or delayed.
7.1 All promotions, bonuses, free bets and free spins offered by winpkr are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms in this section apply in the absence of specific terms for a given promotion.
7.2 Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
7.3 Bonus Funds may not be counted toward the wagering requirements of other bonuses unless explicitly stated. Bonus Funds are separate from your real-money balance and are used first when wagering restrictions apply.
7.4 winpkr reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a bonus at any time. Cancelled bonuses will be removed from the User's account along with any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement.
7.5 Abuse of promotional offers, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and the suspension of involved accounts.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winpkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where appropriate:
9.1 All content on the winpkr platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, and interface design, is the property of winpkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winpkr platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any winpkr content without express written permission.
10.1 The winpkr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winpkr makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the absence of errors.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failure, data loss, or platform unavailability.
10.3 winpkr's total liability to any User in respect of any single event shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 winpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides Users with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Users who believe their gambling is causing harm may request self-exclusion from the winpkr platform by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days up to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 18+
11.3 Minor Protection. winpkr strictly prohibits access to the platform by individuals under 18 years of age. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent minors in your household from accessing the winpkr platform using your account or device.

12.1 winpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time without notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct detrimental to the platform or other Users.
12.2 Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, winpkr may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, balances derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
12.3 You may close your winpkr account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC requirements.
13.1 winpkr reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via notification on the platform or by email where registered contact details are available.
13.2 Your continued use of the winpkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which winpkr is licensed to operate. Users accessing the platform from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and assume full responsibility for compliance with all locally applicable laws.
14.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to winpkr's internal dispute resolution process via the support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body as designated by winpkr's licensing authority.
14.3 Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
